As a freelance PCB layout engineer, I have completed several real-world client projects across different domains. I designed a 2-layer MIDI controller PCB for LAVABEATS/TECHTITE, featuring an Arduino Pro Micro and Bourns PEC12R rotary encoders, delivered as production-ready Gerbers for JLCPCB. I also designed a WS2811 low-current RGB LED driver board in KiCad 10, handling the full workflow from schematic capture and LCSC component selection through to final layout and BOM. For SpectraNet, I conducted a detailed dual-board RF and mixed-signal PCB design review, producing a structured Critical/Major/Minor findings report with deep power architecture analysis. I designed a portable subwoofer PCB featuring a Class D amplifier, SX1308 boost converter, and USB-C power input. Additionally, I developed a full carrier board design proposal for a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 project for Octavia Carbon, covering power rail architecture, interface routing strategy, and board layout planning.
