Commercial Use of (Unlimited Lease License) Exclusive Rights or for an additional fee Stems

My instrumentals are available with two types of licences:

1. Unlimited Lease License (you can do whatever you want with the beat, including commercial use). You can make it available on streaming services or music stores, but I can resell it to other buyers).

2. Exclusive Rights (same as the previous license but you and only you own the track and I can't resell it)
