• Lead and manage international procurement operations for BRAC Social Enterprises and Programs, ensuring full compliance with BRAC Procurement Guidelines and regulatory requirements. • Conduct strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost-effective and quality-driven procurement. • Facilitate opening of Letters of Credit (LC), Cash Against Documents (CAD), and Telegraphic Transfers (TT) to ensure smooth and compliant transactions. • Coordinate and align with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounts, Program, and Enterprise teams) and external partners (banks, insurance, customs, C&F agents, and transporters) to ensure seamless operations. • Ensure optimal cost efficiency through accurate landing cost analysis, customs duty verification, and financial reconciliation. • Proactively minimize shipment delays, detention, and demurrage costs, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency. • Resolve complex customs and regulatory challenges across Dhaka Airport, Chattogram Seaport, and Benapole Land Port. • Manage post-shipment documentation, including bank endorsements, customs clearance, and reporting. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to support data-driven strategic decision-making. • Continuously monitor and optimize supply chain KPIs—lead time, cost, and logistics performance—to enhance overall efficiency. • Lead process improvement and cost optimization initiatives to strengthen procurement and logistics systems. • Supervise and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, leadership, and continuous improvement.
