I am a New York State commissioned notary with a license to conduct virtual notarizations worldwide.
I currently use a service to conduct virtual notarizations to meet all compliance requirements for the state, which include 10 years of record retention and security verification of identification for validating the identity of the signor.
To prepare for the session you will:
- Please contact us before booking, to ensure that the time slot is available
- Receive an invitation link to sign into the session at the agreed-upon date and time
- Be prepared to provide a government-issued form of identification
- For US Signors, be prepared to answer KBA automated questions
- For Non-US Signors, be prepared to complete a scan
What to expect:
- Once we have signed in, I will confirm via video that the person signing the document matches the identification provided (all signors)
- If you will be inviting your own witness, they will also receive a link to join the signing of the document - If you require a witness, and need me to provide one, the verification will be completed prior to the call
- I will review the document with you if needed
- I will sign and notarize the document with my seal

Do you provide services in other languages?
I provide services in English and in Spanish
If an identification is not available, can the notarization still be completed.
No. The law requires that I confirm the identity of the signore, visually compared to a government-issued id.
What are the acceptable types of identity verification?
US citizens can choose either: KBA, Biometrics If you are have trouble with KBA or you do not have a residential history in USA, you may choose to use the Biometrics option. Also, Driver's License, Real ID, or State-issued ID, Passport Non-US citizens Passport Book and a Biometrics scan
In what states can we use virtual notary?
Currently also states have approved this service, except Illinois and Nebraska
What Documents Can Be Notarized?
We can accept most every document with the exception of the following: Any documents that are being submitted to a foreign embassy. Codicils & Testamentary Trusts Form I-9
Are there any technical requirements for the document?
PDF, DOCX, PPTX and XLSX text formats PNG, SVG, JPG, and TIFF image formats Maximum document file size is 30 MB
Do you provide loan signing services?
I am not currently supporting loan signing agent services via Fiverr..
How does a multiple-signer session work?
Primary signer must complete their required ID + KBA/Biometrics analysis process FIRST, then the secondary signer(s) will receive an email notice to complete their required ID + KBA/Biometrics analysis process using each their own respective devices. - please add a signor in extras
