Honestly couldn't have asked for better help! He was super patient, gave easy instructions and had a confident & reassuring attitude throughout the entire process. I spent multiple hours troubleshooting the problem myself, but to no success & Keyn assured me that he'd help resolve it no matter the time...

i had a problem with booting from my ssd drive. He didnt just go the easiest way with my problem. But really tried to fix the issue. in the end it actually got fixed. many others from fiveer said the problem cant be fixed, and that i just need to format my SSD drive. Im really happy that i still have my data and i recommend everyone this.
