Built and run the entire tech stack for Bravo Motor, a Honda spare parts business selling retail, wholesale, and internationally across the US, Caribbean, Australia, and the Middle East. Key systems I've designed and shipped: A multi-layer WhatsApp chatbot that matches customer queries to parts and pricing automatically, reducing manual replies A vehicle-fitment engine that maps thousands of part numbers to compatible car models, years, and transmissions, powering search and filtering on the storefront A customer tier and pricing system with automated wholesale discount syncing across marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia) A dynamic pricing engine and purchase-order automation that streamlines the buying and inventory workflow A warehouse fulfillment tracking app and an internal customer-service dashboard integrated with WhatsApp Everything runs on a self-hosted stack I built and maintain myself — Postgres, n8n, custom PHP/WordPress plugins, and Progressive Web Apps — with zero outside developers involved. This hands-on experience running production automation for a real business, at real volume, is what I bring to every Fiverr project — not theoretical knowledge, but systems that have to work every day or the business stops.
