I design customized workout programs for people of all fitness/skill levels. I am an expert in designing programs for strength and hypertrophy, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and general fitness. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and have a background in martial arts as a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo and Tang Soo Do. I use different training volume (repetitions and sets) and exercises for your specific goals to increase muscle mass and strength, bust through plateaus, and burn fat.
If you are an intermediate lifter, expect to add an additional 5-20 pounds to your various one rep max by the end of a program. Beginners may even may even add an additional 20-50 pounds to their one rep max!
For example, I have a client who added 55 pounds to their squat and deadlift as well as 35 pounds to their bench press and barbell rows in only 4 weeks! That client also lost 40 pounds during his 12 week transformation! I've have another client added 75 pounds to his deadlift after just 4 weeks! He also put on 6 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks!
I highly suggest the consultation add-on. It will only further enhance your results. You could send me videos for form suggestion for example.
