For this project, I worked with a VA + OBM in the lifestyle and ecommerce space to design and set up a fully functional Gohighlevel platform. The goal was to create a clean, professional website while also building a seamless client onboarding system. What I implemented: • 6-page website (Home, Services, How It Works, Portfolio, About, Contact) • Calendar booking system with pre-call instructions • Automated confirmation email setup • Workflow automation for client onboarding • Email sequence setup (12 emails total) • Mailing list pop-up integration

Designed and configured a GoHighLevel demo account for a restoration business to demonstrate an automated emergency request and estimate approval process. Key responsibilities and deliverables: Improved the emergency service request form with a professional, user-friendly layout and relevant contact and service details.
