Small code fixes (CSS/PHP) when the fix needs more than a setting
How I work: you describe the problem, and I confirm I can fix it BEFORE you order. If it's something I can't solve, I tell you honestly instead of taking your money and guessing. That's why my first question is always "What exactly happens, and when did it start?"

I'll tell you before you order, or I'll cancel with a full refund—honest and simple. I don't take money for problems I can't solve.
Can you make my site faster?
Yes—choose Deep Investigation and mention "speed" in the requirements. You'll get a before/after report.
Do you need my admin password?
For most fixes, yes—but ONLY after the order is placed through Fiverr. Never share passwords before ordering.
Will my site go down while you fix it?
No. I work carefully and check everything before confirming the fix. If there's any risk, I tell you first and we take a backup.
