I'm a professional triathlon coach & can offer you a plan to meet your training likes, work/life situation & race goals.
I'm a British Triathlon Level 3 & IRONMAN certified coach & NASM Personal Trainer.

Basic Plan: 8 week plan for any triathlon distance from Sprint to Iron Distance delivered via Training Tilt App. Swim, Bike, Run & Brick Sessions. Strength sessions to help avoid injuries.
Standard Plan: 12 week plan for any triathlon distance from Sprint to Iron Distance delivered via TrainingPeaks or Final Surge App. Swim, bike, run & brick sessions. Race & Training tips & 1 revision. Strength sessions to help avoid injuries.
Premium Plan: 16-18 week plan for any triathlon distance from Sprint to Iron Distance delivered via TrainingPeaks or Final Surge. Swim, bike, run & brick sessions. Race & Training tips & 2 revisions. Strength sessions to help avoid injuries.
Guidance on how to modify your plans in the App. App also contains training, nutrition, hydration, racing & training tips. Training videos & access to Private FB page.

FAQ
What information do you provide to your coach?
If you would like a plan I will ask you to complete an athlete questionnaire. This will enable me to understand the way your like to train, your training set up, time you have to train and race goals in more detail. This will deliver the best custom plan.

How long will my plan be?
You plan will be dependant on race type and distance plus type of plan chosen. A basic plan is 8 weeks, standard plan 12 weeks and premium plan is 16-18 weeks. I can write a longer plan for you but this would be for an agreed price.
