Core responsibilities included managing emails, calendars, appointments, file organization, customer inquiries, follow-ups, data entry, web research, lead generation, competitor analysis, and internal coordination. I also supported social media activities through content scheduling, inbox management, audience engagement, brand communication, and content organization across different platforms. Additionally, I assisted ecommerce businesses with product listings, backend support, spreadsheet reporting, and workflow tracking using Trello, Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva, Shopify, and other productivity tools. My strongest skills included communication, multitasking, organization, time management, customer relationship management, adaptability, and maintaining professionalism under pressure. One of the biggest challenges I faced was handling multiple client workflows across different industries and time zones simultaneously. This experience helped me improve task prioritization, workflow organization, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and operational coordination while working in demanding remote environments. I added value to the company by improving workflow structure, reducing administrative workload, maintaining organized systems, supporting faster customer response handling, and helping businesses maintain active and professional online presence. This help to reduce workload, maintain organized systems, and focus more on growth and productivity.
