For Premium tier, yes — I sign Fiverr's standard NDA template at no extra cost. For Basic/Standard, the gig description acts as our NDA: I won't reuse your code or share it.
What if the bug is bigger than I described?
I'll quote a clear scope before starting work. If it's bigger, I'll send a custom offer with the upgraded price. You decide before any extra work begins.
My code uses OpenAI / Claude APIs. Can you debug AI-specific issues?
That's my specialty. Prompt issues, hallucinations, RAG retrieval failures, agent infinite loops, token cost analysis — I've debugged all of these in production.
Can you fix bugs in production code while it's live?
I can prepare and test the fix on my end. Deploying to your production is your call — I'll provide a clear deployment checklist with rollback steps.
Do you write tests?
Standard tier: I add tests for critical bug fix paths. Premium: I provide a test strategy report and add tests for all fixed issues.
