My core responsibility involves managing institutional databases, student information, and official office files with consistent accuracy. I regularly use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to organize large sets of data, track department records, and prepare routine reports. A major part of my daily work includes typing official documents, notices, and examination-related papers in both English and Bengali, ensuring proper formatting and zero errors before submission. I also handle the transition of physical office documents into digital formats, maintaining proper backups and keeping files structured for quick access by different departments.
