assigned to the undersigned. 1. Pre-Audit of all cases of Non-Development Account. To maintain all record of Non Development Account i.e. Assignment A/c No.A-21and current A/c No.2426-1. Preparation of all remittance for payments. Maintaining Cash Book. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement. Preparation payments Schedule and other letters related to Assignment Account No.A-21. 2. To maintain and control head wise expenditure as per NIS of Non-Development A/c Budget and prepare reconciliation for the purpose of budget release and department of AGPR accordingly. This work like to Double Entry Systems in Non-Government Departments. Maintenance of Ledger containing all the payments during the Financial Year for Accounts and AGPR purposes. 3. Correspondence for Budget release work of Non-Development Accounts from AGPR, National Bank of Pakistan & concerned Account. 4. Fixation of salaries relating to revised pay & allowances, new appointees, promotes etc. 5. Preparation of monthly Salary of all employees of this Council including maintaining all records related to Employees Salaries. 6. Income Tax work for Salaried Person, Supplies of Goods, Services Rendered & Contractor including calculation and preparation Income Tax Statement Annual Statement of Deduction of Income Tax from Salary u/r rule 44(1) with the provisions of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 and Income Tax Rules, 2002. 7. Information asked for by Ministry Science & Technology, Islamabad for financial matters and Income Tax Department regarding deductions of Tax at source as and when called for. 8. Letter writing and Drafting regarding financial matters. 9. To co-ordinate with Federal Auditor at the time of Audit. To co-ordinate of Audit Replies with Departmental Accounts Committee (DAC) & Public Accounts Committee (PAC) etc regarding Non-Development.
