I need your 3D plastic part file (STEP, IGES, Parasolid, SolidWorks, etc.), drawings if available, material, required production quantity, and any mold specifications you already have.
Can you design the mold from my existing 3D part?
Yes. I can review your existing plastic part, perform DFM analysis, and develop the injection mold around its geometry and manufacturing requirements.
What does your DFM analysis include?
I can review draft angles, wall thickness, undercuts, parting line, ejection, manufacturability, and other potential tooling issues that could cause production problems.
Can you design complex injection molds?
Yes. Depending on the project, I can work with slides, lifters, inserts, runners, gates, ejector systems, and other mold components.
Will the mold design be manufacturing-ready?
