With more than 30 years of experience in the medical field as a board-certified Anesthesiologist, I have had the privilege of educating and inspiring colleagues and students with my unique expertise. I have always been passionate about helping others, and that passion has extended beyond the operating room and into the role of Life Coaching. As a Life Coach, I bring the same level of detail-oriented care and compassion to my work as I did to my medical practice. I believe that everyone has the power to achieve their goals and live their best life, and as a coach I help my clients discover and unlock that power within themselves. I take a personalized approach to coaching that is tailored to each individual. Whether my clients are looking to overcome a specific challenge or make a major life change, I am there to provide support, guidance, and accountability every step of the way. My years of experience in the medical field have taught me the importance of listening, empathy, and understanding. These qualities are at the core of my coaching practice, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their deepest fears and aspirations.
