I help businesses set up and optimize Pipedrive so their leads, deals, and follow ups are always organized and trackable. My role covers everything from initial account setup to ongoing optimization. I design pipelines that match each client’s sales process, create custom fields for the data they actually use, and import/clean existing contacts from spreadsheets, forms, and other CRMs. I configure stages, activities, and reminders so sales teams know exactly who to contact next and never lose a warm lead. For many projects I also connect Pipedrive to marketing automations and chatbots (ManyChat, email tools, web forms), so new leads are created automatically with the right tags and owners. I build filters and reports that give managers a clear view of open deals, win rates, and forecasted revenue. This experience has allowed me to streamline sales workflows for agencies, coaches, and B2B companies, reducing manual admin work and improving conversion from lead to closed deal.
