What do I need to send you to get started?
Your current script, call flow outline, or a recording of an actual sales call (audio or video, up to 20 minutes for Standard and Premium). If you don't have any of those, a written description of how your calls typically go works too. The rawer the material, the more honest the diagnostic.
I don't have a script. I just wing it. Can you still help?
That's actually the most common situation. And usually where the biggest problems are hiding. Describe your typical call structure and I'll show you exactly what's working against you.
How is this different from generic sales advice I can find online?
Generic advice tells you to "build rapport" and "handle objections." This diagnostic tells you the specific moment in your specific call where you lost the frame, and what to say instead. The difference is precision.
I've had coaches before and nothing changed. Why would this be different?
Most coaching validates what you're already doing. This doesn't. If your frame is broken, I'll tell you directly. That's either exactly what you need or it isn't. which is why the "not for everyone" disclaimer in the description is there.
Can we work together beyond this gig?
Depending on what the diagnostic reveals, yes. Some clients have deeper structural issues that a single audit won't fully solve. If that's the case I'll tell you honestly, and we can talk about what that looks like.
