 Joined the team at Graphcom as an entry-level supervisor of the Mailing Department after COVID-related layoff.  Utilized EFI Printflow and Monarch systems as well as internally designed client workflow management tools  Departmental equipment included a Pitney Bowes MSE, Kirk-Rudy inkjet line with Phoenix inkjet head, Pitney Bowes Connect+ 3000 meter machine, and various small equipment and scanners as needed for fulfillment work.  Contacted technicians as needed to perform maintenance and repair equipment.  Supervised a team of eight full-time employees and four part-time employees.  Called in additional temporary help as needed per workload.  Interviewed applicants for job positions.  Assigned disciplinary actions per company guidelines as needed.  Managed mail supply inventory.  Posted and retrieved mailing documentation for delivery and billing purposes.  Created procedures and checklists for the department.  Worked closely with Project Management, Scheduling, Press, Bindery and Shipping to complete mailings on time.

 Joined the Electronic Prepress Department in 2007 as part of Fry's acquisition of GANCOM's assets.  Have history of successful performance evaluations, consistently highlighting attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures.  Promoted to the Product Designer position for Fry's direct mail department in 2011. Duties included working directly with Sales and Production to both modify existing formats for current equipment as well as to create new formats for client bids. Majority of formats involved preprinted roll forms for laser personalization and converting.  Assumed Estimating and Purchasing responsibilities in 2014. Estimating duties included calculation of production costs, client markups, entering bids and creating pricing grids. Purchasing duties included sending out bids to multiple vendors for price comparisons, generating purchase orders, and communicating product needs and quality expectations with outside vendors  Assisted with onboarding of Fry's Midnight MIS system.
