I redesigned and optimized a global fitness e-commerce website, a direct-to-consumer platform specializing in premium activewear focused on comfort, performance, and modern lifestyle appeal. My role centered on improving both user experience and conversion performance through strategic UX/UI design enhancements and structured product presentation. I reworked the site’s navigation to ensure seamless product discovery, allowing users to quickly browse collections, filter items, and access key product details without friction.
