I design and build landing pages, funnels and brand sites in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for my own live online projects, and I handle every part of the work myself. That means planning the page structure around a single goal, writing the code by hand, building mobile first so the page holds up on phones before anything else, and checking the finished page holds up on phones before anything else, and checking the finished page at real sizes before it goes live. My live builds include a portfolio site with working JavaScript modules, a landing page for a candle bran with animated sections, and a bookstore storefront with a browsable catalog. I publish and maintain all of them myself, I keep the code clean so any page can be updated without a rebuild, and I write the page copy and structure as part of the build.
