¿What i need?
- Floor plans in PDF or DWG or sketches drawn by hand
- Actual photos (if it is a renovation or an addition)
- A document with all the information related to finishes, furnitures, appliances, lighting, decoration, etc. If you can include the URL of each elements that would be awesome.
Even though I have a very complete 3D library, Sometimes it is necessary buy 3D models (each one cost 8 USD)

¿What you can change on the revisions?

¿What hapens if you make a mistake and i already used all the revisions?
You have the right to tell me and i will fix it without additional cost.
¿What is the resolution of the renders you send for revisions?
To ensure fast delivery (especially for 24-hour deadlines), I send draft renders in 2K resolution. This allows quick scene adjustments and revisions without long rendering times. Final images are delivered in full 3K
¿What is a render?
Is the process of creating a 2D image from a 3D model or scene using computer software. It involves applying textures, lighting, shadows, and other visual effects to make the 3D model appear realistic, as if it were a photograph. In essence, it's the final step in bringing a digital design to life.
¿Can I request extra renders from different angles?
Yes, additional views are possible and can be added as a gig extra or custom offer depending on complexity.
¿Do you use real furniture brands or generic models?
I usually use high-quality generic models, but I can include specific brands or models upon request.
¿Do you provide the source file (3D model)?
Source files are not included by default, but they can be added as an extra.
¿What if I need changes after the order is complete?
No worries! Just message me and I’ll be happy to send you a custom offer for extra edits.
