Well hello there! I am Jonas, and my hobby is weightlifting. For those that don't really know what this entails, it means doing the snatch and clean&jerk as heavy as possible. Weightlifting is sometimes also called olympic lifting. I also compete, which means that i actually do know a thing or two about weightlifting, or at least I hope so. Anyways, I also know a bit of regular fitness, and a little bit of powerlifting. And i dont know why, but i love making workout schedules.
Do note, I am still studying for my official certificate for coaching.
