Before ordering, make sure you have:

1. Digital pattern in .dxf file format.
2. Design tech pack. ai, psd, pdf, png, jpeg are acceptable.
3. Graphics of any print or embroidery used in your design.
4. (Optional) Digital fabric in .u3ma file.
5. (Optional) Digital avatar and its license permission file (if any).

After ordering, you will be able to receive:

1. 3D renders of your garment. View of item: front, back, side front, side back. Or 3D file of your garment.
2. 360 gifs of your garment (Package upgrade required).
3. .bw file of your 3D garment (Package upgrade required).

Kindly note that the stated delivery time is for reference only. Actual delivery time varies case by case, it will be discussed to make sure the 3D can be sent to you before your deadline.
