I develop mathematical models, equations, programming routines, full programs and other products & services.

Legally we will abide by Fiverr's TOS but when you contract with me you must follow my terms as well. When you ask me for something, you contact me, and you will sign a contract for services rendered and money payment. Negotiation is as is. If you do not abide by the contract I will sue you for fiduciary damages. The products and or services will be worked on with minimal reverse engineered proof as possible and as a function of the contract, your money must be placed in an escrow account via the stipulations of the contractual basis of our agreement. No payment is expected upfront, but in general terms, proof of income and or liquidity in terms of accounts receivable will be requested in terms of legitimate proof. If this is denied, I have the exclusive right to deny you my products and services. I reserve all rights to deny rendering products and services as a function of my non-contractual obligation to you if I do not agree to your terms via referential background checks of you and your documentation.
