I will review PDFs of your architectural floor plans for obvious red flags related to accessible design (ADA & ICC A117.1) and/or egress.
This includes:
- clear floor spaces and clearances
- reach ranges
- accessible routes
- plumbing elements
- means of egress sizing
All drawings must be to scale. Comments will be returned via PDF markups with applicable code references.
I have performed architectural code reviews for over a decade which involves being a licensed architect for the past five years.
If you would like to request review of any other code items, feel free to message me ahead of time. Examples include plumbing fixture counts, occupancy classification, and fire protection.

Are you a native English speaker?
Yes! I was born and raised in New York, received my BArch in the NYC area, and now reside in the western US. My code interpretations and comments will be easy to understand!
Do you sign and seal the drawings?
Even though I am licensed, it is against the AIA (American Institute of Architects) Code of Ethics to stamp drawings that I did not originally prepare and supervise myself.
