I specialize in reverse engineering and scan-based CAD modeling for real-world manufacturing.
My work is not simple STL cleanup or cosmetic modeling. I create clean, fully parametric CAD models that are accurate, editable, and ready for production. This includes parts derived from 3D scans, assemblies, and legacy components where precision and fit actually matter.
Most of my projects involve:
- Scan to CAD reconstruction (STL, OBJ, point clouds)
- Parametric STEP and native CAD files
- Assemblies with real-world logic
- Manufacturing-ready geometry for 3D printing, CNC, molds, and tooling
- Automotive, mechanical, and functional components
I focus on engineering intent, not just geometry. That means correct interfaces, wall logic, part separation, and models that can be revised or scaled later without rebuilding everything from scratch.
I usually review files before quoting, because accuracy, tolerances, and intended manufacturing process matter more than visual complexity.
If you need fast, cheap conversions, I am probably not the right fit.
If you need dependable CAD that works in production, we will work well together.

Can you do Reverse Engineering with some feature modification?
Yes. I can do Modify RE part and able to Add/Remove features according to customer requirement. I can also do Reverse Engineering according to mating part.
Do you Model organic Shapes?
Yes. I do Nurbs Surfacing and Auto Surfacing for Organic Model.
Do you Model From Image?
Yes. I can create models from 2D Orthogrhpic Pictures and from Blueprints.
