I teach by day and run by night. I work at a small private school that is a fairly cutting edge as far as the realm of education goes. I teach History and P.E. there to students ranging from Kindergarten to Tenth grade. I am also a coach for the Cross Country team as well as Track and Field. However, whenever I am not teaching middle school kids about running I am teaching grown men. I am part of a running club in my city, and have carved out a specific niche by writing training plans for other runners. I write plans for 12 year old girls all the way to two time Boston qualifiers.
