Audience & Competitor Research I would first identify your highest-value users, understand their listening behavior and pain points, and analyze competing music apps to find opportunities for positioning and differentiation. **2. App Store Conversion Optimization I would optimize the App Store presence—including the title, subtitle, keywords, screenshots, app description, and overall messaging—to increase the percentage of visitors who install the app. **3. User Acquisition & Paid Marketing I would build and test targeted campaigns across channels such as Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. I would continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers to identify the most profitable acquisition sources. **4. Retention & Monetization Getting an install is only the beginning.
