Independent engineering work for my own SaaS products (Nexus, Orion, Signum) and client projects. - Built a multi-tenant B2B SaaS control plane (FastAPI, PostgreSQL): tenant isolation, AWS Cognito auth, RBAC, subscriptions and billing. - Load-tested an IoT ingestion pipeline at 200,000 concurrent device connections and 30,000 events/sec on AWS. - Built native mobile clients: iOS (SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose). - AI tooling: RAG pipeline over technical docs (ChromaDB, Hugging Face), AI agents for code review and repository auditing. - Published open-source tools with CI: kafka-rest-api (Go), h3-explorer-ui (Go + SvelteKit), repocred (Python), caudal-sdk (Rust, crates.io). Before this: 17 years at Encontrack (GPS/IoT fleet tracking), from developer to Development Manager. Led a team of 7, owned the architecture of a platform serving 200,000+ devices at 99.8% uptime, and directed the Java to Go/Rust migration that cut p99 latency ~90% and compute ~88%.
