Jerry and I had a misunderstanding at the start of our collaboration, but we worked together and resolved it. He is polite, gracious, prompt, and professional. He prioritizes getting his work product completed to his client's utmost satisfaction. I will definitely be working with Jerry again.

Working with Jerry was fine. The only area where he could have improved to earn 5 stars was in his attention to details and proactiveness. And it's possible that some of the responsibility for that was mine, in not outlining every single detail and assuming that he would act on things that seemed to be obvious.
