I have 25 years of consulting, software engineering and senior managerial and leadership experience in the software industry in Silicon Valley. I have led interview strategy sessions & crafted questions & expectations for a range of positions - from college interns, to principal engineers & company directors.
Having achieved my goals of coaching, mentoring and leading teams and managers in building world-class software as a senior leader, I decided to start my own practice in interview & career coaching. It's my passion to help you be successful in entering & thriving in the corporate world.
