I have transformed many of my military buddies by helping them understand their bodies and what they need to gain strength, speed, and most of all confidence. I will help you to do the same. Whether you need to lose some weight or are looking to bulk up, I have SEVERAL different techniques that will shock your body and help you to achieve your goals. I will personally give you workout routines for what you are trying to accomplish as well as give you nutritional help so you can get to where you want to be. I used to be a 6'2" 200 lb bean pole. Now I am 6'2" 225 lb monster in the gym. I bench 395 lbs, deadlift 525 lbs, squat 425 lbs and push press 275 lbs. If you want to bulk up, gain muscle, lose fat....I am your man. Remember....Big is not strong, STRONG is strong.
