Hi, I'm a certified trauma-informed somatic practitioner with a deep passion for supporting individuals in reconnecting with their true selves, processing trauma, and reclaiming their wholeness. My approach is compassionate and grounded, ideal for clients navigating anxiety, grief, heartbreak, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm.
