I will help you prepare for interviews by conducting a half-hour mock interview with you via video conferencing. I have been helping individuals practice interviewing for jobs and school for over twelve years and have had great success in enabling people to become more comfortable with sharing their experiences in a wide range of interview formats.
In addition to giving feedback on your presence, tempo and clarity I will provide feedback to shape your experiences in a way that are easy for interviewers to understand. I am well-versed at the "STAR" or "CAR" format of answering behavioral interview questions, which starts with a brief context, then describes the specific action you took and then ends with the result or impact to your team, company or school.
For all packages, I will provide detailed written feedback on the interview and for the highest package, I will spend an additional half-hour with you providing detailed feedback directly so we can practice some of those areas again.

I considered this mock interview to be very good practice for potential behavioral interviews with mid level or top tech companies. There were a lot of questions one would expect but the constructive feedback Jay gives is the most important part. For me, it is a confidence boost and will definitely help in future interviews.
