Many of the seller didn't know about reimbursement and mainly they need to know that it usually forget to refund your lost, damaged and disposed inventory in a fulfillment center.

When you do FBA, there are a bunch of different scenarios that can happen that would cause amazon owe you money.

Scenarios in which we can claim refund are:

• Items lost in warehouse.
• Items damaged in warehouse.
• Order refunded but the product didn't return by customer.
• Inbound shipment missing inventories
• Incorrect FBA fees / Overcharged

To get money back, I'll submit cases to support team from your amazon store or seller central.

Things consider by customer:

Need to give limited access to seller central.

Need an email address to put CC when I'll submit a case to seller support.

Note: If for any reason, Amazon does not reimburse, I won't charge for anything.
