I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering at the National Changhua University of Education (NCUE), Taiwan, with a research focus on semiconductor and layered materials characterization. My work involves comprehensive X-ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis, crystal structure determination, phase identification, lattice parameter calculations, peak indexing, and crystallographic data interpretation. I have hands-on experience using industry-standard and academic software tools including JADE, VESTA, and Origin for XRD data processing, visualization, refinement, and scientific reporting. My research includes the investigation of Gallium Selenide (GaSe) and Gallium Sulfide (GaS) materials, studying their crystal structures, stacking sequences, phase transitions, and material properties. My responsibilities include analyzing experimental data, interpreting diffraction patterns, calculating structural parameters using Bragg's law and crystallographic methods, preparing publication-quality figures and tables, and writing technical reports for academic research projects. I am also experienced in scientific data management, literature review, research documentation, and presentation preparation. Through my research activities, I have developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills. I am capable of supporting projects related to materials science, nanomaterials, semiconductor characterization, XRD interpretation, data analysis, and academic research.
