Who looks after your WordPress site when something breaks at 9pm on a Friday?
Most small businesses don't find out their backups were failing until they need one. I keep sites updated, backed up and monitored so that never becomes your problem.

INCLUDED EDIT TIME
Small changes are part of the plan - text edits, new images, a page tweak. Bigger jobs get quoted separately so your monthly cost stays predictable.
HOW I WORK
Updates run on a staging copy first where your host supports it. If something conflicts, I find out, not your customers. You stay the owner of every account and licence.
NOT INCLUDED: hosting or licence fees, new page builds, redesigns, content writing, or recovering a site that was already hacked before we started.

What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts me and I start looking. Most outages are hosting, and I'll deal with your host on your behalf. I don't promise a response time on the basic plan, but Managed includes 24 hours.
Do you back up my site?
Yes, offsite so a server failure doesn't take the backups with it. I also test a restore periodically, because an untested backup isn't a backup.
What if an update breaks something?
That's the main reason to pay someone. Updates go onto a staging copy first where your host allows it. If something conflicts I roll back and investigate before it touches your live site.
How much editing is included?
30 minutes on Monthly Care, 2 hours on Care Plus, 4 hours on Managed. Text changes, images, small layout tweaks. New pages and redesigns are quoted separately.
Can you clean a site that's already hacked?
Yes, but as a separate job rather than inside the plan - cleanup is unpredictable work. Once it's clean, the plan keeps it that way.
Do I keep control of my site?
Always. Hosting, domain and licences stay in your name. I work through an account you create and can remove at any time. Nothing is locked to me.
Do I have to commit long term?
No. It runs month to month and you can stop whenever. Most clients stay because they stop thinking about it, not because they're tied in.
What do I get each month?
A short report: what was updated, what the security scan found, whether backups ran, uptime for the month, and anything I think needs attention.
Is speed optimization included?
A quarterly speed pass is included on Care Plus and Managed. A full optimization is a separate service - see my speed gig.
Do you need my logins?
Yes, WordPress admin and hosting. Create accounts for me rather than sharing yours, and remove them any time you like.
