What do you need from me to get started?
After you place your order, I’ll request your travel dates, destinations, number of travelers, budget range, and travel style. The more detail you provide, the more tailored and accurate your plan will be.
Do you book hotels and flights?
Yes. I book hotels and accommodations. I also assist with flight planning and routing, and can book group flights when applicable. Individual flight booking depends on trip scope.
How are payments handled for bookings?
All bookings are paid directly by the traveler. When possible, I send booking links. In some cases, you may enter payment details into a secure booking portal. I do not use my personal credit card for bookings.
What about refunds, changes, or cancellations?
Refunds and cancellation policies are set by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or suppliers. I will explain policies before booking and assist if changes are needed.
What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?
If issues arise, I’ll help guide you on next steps and connect you with the appropriate airline, hotel, or supplier. While I’m not an emergency service, I remain available to assist during reasonable hours when possible.
Are prices guaranteed?
No. Prices and availability can change at any time and are not guaranteed until booked. I always aim to secure the best option available at the time of booking.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of cancellations, delays, illness, or other unexpected events.
Can you plan international trips?
Yes. I plan both domestic and international trips, including multi-country and multi-city itineraries.
What if my trip is longer or more complex than the package allows?
You may select a higher-tier package or add extras for additional days or destinations. If unsure, message me before ordering and I’ll help you choose.
Do you plan Disney trips, cruises, or group travel?
Yes. Disney, cruises, and group travel are welcome and may require additional planning depending on complexity.
