Scoped and delivered a multi-platform AI content repurposing system for a media client, designed to turn a single piece of source content into multiple platform-ready assets automatically. The system combined n8n workflow automation with OpenAI for content processing, Adobe Express for design output, ElevenLabs for AI voice generation, and Runway and Pika for AI video generation, creating a full agentic AI content pipeline from a single input source. I managed the project from initial client requirements gathering through a phased delivery plan, with an initial build phase followed by a full system rollout. This project required coordinating API integration across five separate AI tools within one automated pipeline, along with careful workflow sequencing to keep content consistent across formats. The finished system significantly reduced the manual work required to repurpose one piece of content into multiple platform-specific formats, giving the client a scalable content production process built on AI automation rather than manual editing.
