I don't have a certificate hanging on a wall, what I have is half a lifetime of actually doing this. Fitness, training, nutrition, and a bunch of other stuff along the way, I've put in the hours across all of it, and I've picked up more from that than from any course. My goal isn't to hand you a generic plan; it's to pass on what's actually worked, both in the gym and in the kitchen.
