Jalil

Jalil was excellent to work with again. We had a tricky problem that even the support at Zoho themselves had been unable to resolve for me but Jalil took the time to have a deep understanding of the problem and tried multiple solutions to get the right outcome for us and was always timely in responding to us and suggesting how the work could be completed

Jalil is fantastic to work with. He is so good I am going to keep bugging him with work to do. He gets the job done despite my lack of ability to explain it all well. He clarifies and then solves the issue first time
