Turno builds EV lending products (EV Financier and Seller) that connect electric-vehicle buyers with multiple lenders. As the sole QA engineer, I owned quality end to end: automation, regression, release validation and production support. Goal: ship 3+ production releases a week without breaking loan journeys that involve real money and real borrowers. Challenges and how I handled them: - Web and mobile apps needed one approach. I designed a unified automation framework using Playwright (TypeScript) for web and Appium for native mobile. - Loan eligibility is decided by a data-science Business Rules Engine. I automated 1,000+ eligibility scenarios, calculating the expected result for each applicant instead of hard-coding answers. - Journeys are long and span several lenders. I automated the full loan lifecycle across multiple lender integrations: lead creation, KYC, underwriting, down payment, disbursal, PDD, document completion, and pre/post repossession. Result: regression coverage, API validation and release readiness for 3+ production releases every week in Agile sprints.

Cashfree Payments is a payment gateway serving merchants and their customers. As SDET 1 on the Payment Gateway Apps team, I tested order, refund and settlement flows that run across multiple microservices. Goal: catch payment bugs before merchants and their customers do, across APIs, mobile SDKs and web dashboards. What I did: - Designed scalable Java + REST Assured frameworks that validate 150+ APIs, simulate payment scenarios and verify dynamic data flows. - Automated 5+ payment gateway microservices, covering order lifecycle, rate limiting and metadata. - Built Appium-based SDK automation and Playwright suites, reducing UI regression issues by 70%. - Automated the merchant dashboard, payment links and customer portal end to end, keeping backend and UI consistent. - Built an AI-driven debugging dashboard integrated with Bitbucket Pipelines, Kibana and Observe, cutting failure triage effort. - Partnered with dev, QA and infra teams (PG Platform, Refunds, Settlements) on release readiness, regression and recovery. Result: 150+ APIs under automation and 70% fewer UI regression issues. Tools: Java, REST Assured, Appium, Playwright, Bitbucket Pipelines, Kibana, Observe.

Elevate K-12 runs a live virtual classroom platform for K-12 schools. As SDET-1 (remote), I designed and built the test automation framework from scratch. Goal: faster, more confident releases for the flows teachers and schools rely on every day. What I did: - Built a custom automation framework in Java, Maven and TestNG, reaching 96% test coverage across modules. - Automated critical flows in Classroom Experience, Teacher Pay and Tutor Allocation using Selenium WebDriver and REST Assured. - Integrated test execution into Azure DevOps pipelines, reducing release time and increasing deployment confidence. - Trained manual testers in Java automation, raising the whole team's technical skills.
