I sit between operations and engineering at a national courier network. I map how the business actually works, then build the systems that run it. - Designed and built the merchant portal: order booking, bulk upload, label printing, invoice and COD payment history - Built the parcel tracking system used by merchants and end customers, with real-time status from pickup to delivery - Automated COD reconciliation and merchant payouts, replacing a manual daily spreadsheet process - Integrated payment gateways and SMS delivery alerts across the platform - Built management dashboards for delivery performance, branch productivity and revenue by zone - Ran cost-benefit and ROI analysis on new systems before development started, so we built what paid back
