Designed a full-featured video meeting platform focused on generating AI-powered meeting minutes, built to compete with tools like Zoom and Google Meet, and tailored specifically for Arabic-speaking enterprise teams. Client Goal: Create a localized, smart meeting solution that solves key limitations in existing tools—especially in transcription accuracy, video recording, and collaborative meeting minutes. My Contributions: Designed 3–4 pricing plans (Basic, Pro, Pro Plus) with distinct features for various business needs. Built a workspace-based system to help teams manage meetings, members, and automatic notifications in one place. Enabled seamless video recording, AI transcription, and auto-generated minutes per meeting. Developed a sign-off flow where admins verify and approve minutes before distribution to team members. Analyzed UX flaws in Zoom/Google Meet and restructured flows for a smoother, team-friendly experience. Created a clean, modern, and culturally-appropriate UI tailored for Middle Eastern users. Result: The client is highly satisfied, and the platform has proven to be a strong solution for enterprise-level video collaboration. Redesigned the entire platform for Lexport, a powerful law firm management tool based in Saudi Arabia. The platform helps legal professionals manage operations, cases, service requests, and user roles efficiently. Challenges: The original platform had serious UX issues—admin and super admin flows were confusing, users struggled to understand how to use key features, and the interface lacked clarity. Cultural design expectations also weren’t being met, especially for the Saudi user base. My Solution: Conducted deep research to identify pain points and user confusion. Redesigned the website, dashboard, and internal flows with a modern, culturally-appropriate interface. Simplified complex actions like service requests and role management, making them intuitive and structured. Designed a clean, responsive, and role-based interface tailored to both firm admins and legal staff. Built a clear visual hierarchy and smooth UX for better user engagement and efficiency. The redesign greatly improved usability and client satisfaction. As a result, I was awarded 3 additional projects. Client Challenges: The old website lacked a strong user experience, with unclear messaging and weak visual structure. Users were not confident about the company’s capabilities due to a poor interface and scattered content. My Contributions: Conducted UX research to understand the market, user expectations, and client goals. Created a clean, professional, and modern website that communicates trust, value, and Wajjad Tech’s full range of services. Reorganized content to highlight business opportunities, service offerings, and the company’s strengths in a more compelling way. Delivered responsive, Arabic-friendly UI with a strong visual hierarchy and smooth navigation. Result: The client was highly satisfied with the new design.
