Messy spreadsheets slow everything down. Dates in three formats, stray spaces, duplicate records, names typed five different ways. The data is in there, you just can't trust it yet.
Cleaning data is what I do all day. I direct data systems for a national trade association, and I've spent years untangling databases, exports, and spreadsheets nobody else wanted to touch.
What I'll do:
- Formatting: consistent dates, casing, spacing, and column structure
- Correction: typos and invalid entries fixed (Standard and Premium)
- Deduplication: duplicates found and removed (Premium)
How it works: 1 item = 1 row. Send your file (Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets) and tell me what clean looks like for you. You'll get back a ready-to-use file plus a short summary of everything I changed, so you're never left wondering what happened to your data.
Your file stays private. I never share your data and I delete it after delivery.
