Lead global marketing strategy and execution across the Indexx.ai ecosystem, aligning growth goals with product, sales, and brand priorities. Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting KPIs, workflows, and performance standards to deliver consistent, measurable results. Own User Acquisition end-to-end: channel strategy, creative direction, funnel optimization, lifecycle/retention initiatives, and performance reporting. Oversee paid media and campaign operations (planning, budgeting, targeting, creatives, A/B testing, and optimization) to maximize ROAS and growth efficiency. Manage and grow ad revenue initiatives, including ad placements, monetization strategy, performance tracking, and revenue optimization. Partner closely with leadership to support sales enablement, improving lead flow, messaging, conversion paths, and campaign-to-sales alignment. Coordinate and drive business operations support for high-impact initiatives, including organizing business meetings, investor meetings, and fundraising activities. Build investor-ready marketing materials (decks, updates, market narratives) and support due diligence and stakeholder communications. Deliver actionable insights through analytics, dashboards, and weekly/monthly reporting—turning performance data into clear decisions and next steps.
