I was ultimately disappointed with the outcome. Based on the portfolio, I expected a higher level of creativity and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the final product felt rushed and lacked originality, as if minimal effort was invested. It did not reflect the quality demonstrated in previous work....

Good communication and the designer was willing to revise the work multiple times until everything matched my printing requirements. We had a bit of back and forth due to technical details (fonts/editable files), but in the end I received a proper editable file and the final result looks great. Thank you!
