Issac will offer you a voice-over, narration, or dubbing of your chosen character. He will not provide overly sexual voice recordings or narration.

A script must be provided and the client must be serious about purchasing his services.

Should the client back out or the project falls through, there will not be a full refund. A partial refund will be sent once Issac has received correspondence about the cancellation.
