FAQ
Can you automate my entire sales process?
Yes, I can map and automate it from the first lead touchpoint all the way through to close, connecting your CRM, forms, email, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks between each stage of the pipeline.
What tools do you work with?
I primarily build with Make and Zapier, along with most major business apps that offer API access, including CRMs, email platforms, spreadsheets, payment processors, and calendars, so your existing stack usually fits without needing to switch anything.
Can you import data from spreadsheets?
Yes, I can handle bulk data imports and ongoing syncing, pulling from spreadsheets like Excel or Google Sheets and keeping them updated automatically alongside the rest of your connected tools and workflows.
Will I be able to manage the workflow myself?
Yes, I'll walk you through the dashboard step by step, showing you where to check status, pause or resume steps, and make small adjustments yourself without needing to come back to me for routine changes.
Does this include error handling?
Yes, all workflows include fallback logic for failed steps, so if something doesn't go through correctly, the system retries, logs the issue, or alerts you directly instead of silently failing without your knowledge.
Can you set up automated reports?
Yes, including daily, weekly, or monthly summaries pulled directly from your connected data, formatted clearly and delivered automatically to your email or dashboard so you always have current numbers on hand.
Do you design the workflow map first?
Yes, this is included in the Standard and Premium packages. I lay out the full process visually before building anything, so you can review and approve the logic before a single automation step goes live.
Is the automation secure?
Yes, all connections use secure API authentication rather than shared passwords, and credentials are never exposed in the workflow itself, keeping your business data protected throughout every step of the process.
